Jamboree of the Air / Internet 2009

17 - 18 October 2009 at Sydney Academy of Sport, Narrabeen.The third weekend in October is the Jamboree of the Air (JOTA) and Jamboree on the Internet (JOTI). It's the biggest activity in Scouting, with over 500,000 participants. Sydney North Region Scouts and Northern Sydney Girl Guides held a combined JOTA/JOTI Camp on this weekend where they used Amateur Radio and Computers to communicate with other Scouts and Guides around the world.
